Pasture – Our Favourite Spot in Bristol

Pasture Bristol

Pasture has been mine and Toby’s number one food spot for years. We try to take friends and family along whenever we can because it’s one of those places that impresses everyone, no matter how many times you’ve been.

The Restaurant

The vibe at Pasture is perfect – stylish and curated, but laid back and chill. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and always make you feel looked after, and at this point I feel like we’re all best friends. I also love that the restaurant is built on strong ethical principles. Knowing the meat and produce are sourced responsibly makes the food taste even better. It’s clear that care and attention go into every part of the experience, from the ingredients to the service.

The Food

The steak is undoubtedly the reason why people go here. We always order the filet and it never disappoints. The seasoning is amazing and the meat is cooked to perfection every time. We’ve tried a few other cuts too, and while they’re all delicious, but the filet is our favourite by far. The truffle fries are also a must-have for us.

I have had the fish before and it was one of the best fish dishes I’ve ever eaten. It’s easy to get caught up in steak heaven, but their seafood is just as good if you’re not a meat eater. On top of that, the cocktails are incredible, which I think is impressive for somewhere that has such a focus on the food.

Final Thoughts

Pasture is, without a doubt, our favourite restaurant in Bristol. The food, the cocktails, and the overall vibe are unbeatable in our eyes.
